Its work goes from taking care of patients who don’t have a precise indication for a hair transplant; to those that have been through a transplant and now search to stabilize the hair loss, thus avoiding going through it once again. The clinic is also recommended for people with scalp illnesses. The hair treatment is generally made with the use of topical medicines, such as shampoos and hair lotions, or the prescription of oral-use medicines that can be specific or aiming at reestablishing the whole balance.

Clinical Hair Treatment

Topical handling:

Shampoos - the use of specific shampoos is essential. It can work particularly on the scalp or be directed to the hair itself (stem). The sensation of hair volume reduction can occur due to hair fall as for the breaking. This differentiation is essential. The hair fall or loss can be caused by specific problems of the scalp, as the seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff) which is easily treated by using specific shampoos. As for the hair breaking, it’s caused by elasticity loss and hair damage, leaving it fragile and susceptible to breaking. In such cases, besides specific shampoos, and rinses can be useful, as well as hair masks, leave-in and hydration. It’s obviously important to be careful when combing and drying the hair. Lotions - Indicated for the cases of hair loss. The hair loss can be caused by the hair fall or by slower a process called miniaturization. Again we have specified lotions for each case. Hair fall caused by scalp illness are usually treated with specific lotions for a limited time. In the case of chronical problems leading to miniaturization, the lotions handling should be of longer-term. Systemic handlings are generally associated to lotion treatment.

Systemic hair handling:

The systemic treatment is generally realized by using oral use drugs. One more time we have medicines specific for the hair loss, as finasteride or anti-androgenics and the others aiming at reestablishing the balance of the body in its totality. The hair is as sensible to hormone and nutrition variations as it is to illnesses and stress. Therefore we must also search for general causes and many times, treatment that aim at improving the health as a whole, including the feed and quality of life. The food supplementation is essential and many times kept for long periods. This occurs because, even though we may disagree, the hair is seen by our organism as something superfluous. Any "nutritional loss" makes the organism choose to “save” the hair expenditure. Therefore the hair is a great health indicator and to keep it pretty we must be healthful and well nourish. It’s worth remembering that when we use the word “nourished” it doesn’t have nothing to do with the weight of the individual but to how healthy he is. A balanced diet and the use of alimentary supplementation generally lead to a reduction of the corporal fat.

Intradermal therapy or hair mesotherapy
It consists on applying substances that stimulates the hair growth directly in the dermis - superficial layer of the skin. The application of substances is made through micro punctures in the scalp above the fat. Medicine mixtures are used such as the minoxidil, specific hair vitaminics, d-panthenol, anti-inflammatory, and anesthetics, diminishing the pain. It is indicated to control of acute falls of hair (acute telogenous effluvium) or for the handling of rescue of gradual cases, as the androgenic alopecia.

Handling with beams of red and infra-red light – LED

“Led” means “Light Emitted by Diode”. It is a laser developed specifically for the hair stimulation. It lengthens the anagenous phase (of growth) of hair life cycle, by means of a phenomenon called biostimulation. This laser has anti-inflammatory action and decreases the scalp oiliness. The LED is also useful for patients who have already been through a Hair restoration. It acts for photomodulation, speeding up the hair growth and guaranteeing stronger hairs. Desincrust
This is a specific handling for oily and inflamed scalp. It allows a deep cleanness, removing the fat "accumulated" inside of the skin, hygenizing and opening the pores (Follicular osties). It reacts with the scalp’s natural tallow transforming it into soap.
